Working closely with our Sales Manager and team of experienced professionals, you’ll receive the guidance and support needed to excel and grow.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via email to understand their needs
• Recommend vehicles and solutions that fit each customer perfectly
• Organise and accompany test drives, showcasing the Audi experience
• Negotiate and close sales with confidence and professionalism
• Manage all related sales documentation and follow-up processes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for customer care
• Ambition to achieve targets and exceed expectations
• Previous experience in automotive or customer-facing roles is ideal, but we also welcome fresh, motivated talent eager to learn and grow in the motor trade

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivated to crack on with the job and passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential. A drivers licence is a requirement for this role
