Job summary

RECRUITERS in Dublin is seeking an experienced office sales executive who can hit the ground running, handling orders, quotes, and ongoing client communications across in-house systems. The role combines sales activity with strong customer service, supporting new and existing customers and ensuring accurate data entry.

You will process orders, generate quotes, maintain CRM records, coordinate with the field team, and strive to upsell while upholding health and safety standards in a busy

• Highly organised with a methodical approach to managing a busy workload.
• Clear, confident communicator who remains calm under pressure.
• Experienced in preparing quotes and processing customer orders.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and system updates.
• Takes full ownership of tasks, ensuring every order is completed successfully.
• Proficient computer skills, including confident use of Excel.
• Team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
