Job summary

• Proficient computer skills, including confident use of Excel.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders accurately using the in-house system.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotes, and maintain relationships with client.
• Make proactive sales calls to promote products and service.
• Log and manage client and supplier details in the CRM system.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person at the trade counter.
• Support the field sales team with pricing, samples, and account queries.
• Generate consignment labels and coordinate dispatches.
• Encourage repeat business through upselling and attentive service.
