Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin is hiring Recruitment Consultants through a structured training programme designed for career-changers with no recruitment background.

From day one you will receive hands-on mentorship, with regular coaching from managers and senior consultants and a clearly defined promotion path.

You will manage the full candidate journey, onboard compliant professionals for healthcare clients, and earn uncapped commission with a transparent rewards structure.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience – 2+ years' post‑education experience in any field.
• Work Eligibility - EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa, based in or relocating to Dublin.
• Drive - Ambitious, coachable, and motivated by clear targets and results.

• Handle Onboarding - Support your candidates through certification and compliance so they're ready to work.
• Book Shifts and Earn Commission - Place your candidates on shifts with our clients, earning commission on every shift booked.
