Job summary

Indeed Ireland is seeking a Specialist, Client Activation and Development to consult with existing accounts and help them activate their jobs on our website.

You will receive daily prospects and contact clients by phone and email to define needs, present opportunities, and drive adoption of Indeed’s products and services for SMBs, with a focus on delivering measurable ROI and retention. This role requires proactive outreach and goal-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, job advertising, or staffing agencies.
• Proven influencing and sales skills, with a passion for educating, servicing, and selling to clients.
• Excellent communication skills, including effective listening and customer-focused interactions.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated to make high volumes of outbound calls daily, driving positive client outcomes and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, and experience. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
