Job summary

Indeed in Ireland is seeking a Specialist, Client Activation to consult with existing accounts and help them activate their jobs on our website. You will receive prospects daily and engage clients by phone and email to define needs and present opportunities to optimize Indeed’s products and services.

You will educate clients on Indeed's offerings, promote ROI, and strive to meet quarterly revenue targets while delivering exceptional client experiences that sustain engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in online advertising, SEM, PPC, job advertising or staffing agencies.
• Proven influencing and sales skills with a passion for educating, servicing, and selling to clients.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening and customer-focused interactions.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated to make high volumes of outbound calls daily.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
