Job summary

FURLA in Ireland is seeking a dynamic retail leader to drive sales and deliver an exceptional brand experience across our Newbridge store. You will lead a team, partner with colleagues, and ensure high standards of customer service while promoting product knowledge and Brand history.

The role requires hands-on leadership, flexibility to work shifts, and the ability to leverage CRM data to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience in fashion retail.
• Availability to work flexible shifts.
• Knowledge of luxury markets is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Work as a team player and a partner with fellow associates, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as the Brand history
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales
• Capture meaningful customer data according to the Company tools (CRM), for the purposes of connecting with the client, building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities
• Ability to discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world
• Contribute to the daily operations of the store
• Follow all company policies and procedure
• Maintain security standards within the store
