Job description

We are looking for a strong Assistant Store Manager to co-lead our store in Kildare Village.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Sales: ensuring that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards, the Assistant Store Manager will have to support the Store Manager in leading the team to ensure sales maximization and the achievement of business targets.
• Team Management: in coordination with the Store Manager train and inspire the team to create a positive environment and develop internal talents.
• Operations: ensure the correct functioning of all store operations and activities, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
