Job summary

Centra in Ireland is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to ensure every shopper leaves satisfied with an excellent shopping experience.

You will engage with customers, respond to queries, merchandise shelves to a high standard and help implement new initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
