Job summary

Lush Cork is looking for an enthusiastic retail assistant to welcome customers and provide a fun, engaging shopping experience. You will use your product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations, perform product demonstrations, and hand out tailored samples.

The role

In this role, you’ll be the face of the store, welcoming customers and providing a fun, engaging shopping experience. Working closely with your team, you’ll help drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events that keep customers coming back. You'll also manage stock, ensure the shop floor looks its best, and adapt displays to seasonal trends. Good to know: We require full availability on Monday, Thursday and weekends for this role. We expect to run another recruitment drive next month for other availabilities.

This role involves lifting and moving stock as one of the prime duties.

You will demonstrate these on the customer so they understand the features and benefits of each product and they can make the best decision for themselves. You will take that extra time to say thanks for visiting us.

We want a 'can do' attitude, someone who likes being part of a team and making the day easy!

Communication

Great communication is key- in your consultations with a customer, within the team and with the store management team. You need to be confident to let us know what you need to do this role to the best of your ability, and you need to be mature in receiving feedback that helps you to learn and improve.
