Lush is hiring for multiple 8 hour Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts in Ireland. You’ll be the face of the store, welcoming customers and providing a fun shopping experience.
Use product knowledge to offer personal recommendations, perform demonstrations, and hand out samples while helping drive sales and maintain the shop floor. The role includes flexible shifts, training sessions, and a pathway to potential permanent roles, with some overtime depending on demand.
We are recruiting for multiple 8 hour Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts, with the possibility of overtime according to demand.
Mark your calendars, this application form is open until midnight on Monday, 5th October. If successful at this stage of the process, candidates will be emailed no later than Saturday , 10th October with an invitation to a group interview on either Wednesday, 14th October or Friday, 16th October
Successful candidates from the group interview will be brought forward for a short, individual interview online on either Friday, 23rd October or Sunday, 25th October.
If successful at the online interview stage, your first shift will be two mandatory training sessions taking place on Thursday 29th & Friday 30 October. This is a seasonal contract, which runs until w/c 28th December 2026, with some opportunity to be made permanent.

Working closely with your team, you’ll help drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events that keep customers coming back. You'll also manage stock, ensure the shop floor looks its best, and adapt displays to seasonal trends. With flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate based on the Living Wage, and opportunities for bonuses, you’ll be well-supported through training and development to grow your skills.
