Job summary

Centra Ireland is seeking a customer-focused store assistant to ensure a great shopping experience. You will engage with customers, handle queries efficiently and merchandise shelves to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Part-time or full-time roles with evening shifts are available, and previous deli/catering experience is advantageous.

Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Main duties:

• Show a positive attitude and take responsibility for ensuring customers receive an excellent shopping experience

About the locality:
Part time or full time positions available.Previous experience in deli/catering would be an advantage. This position will require a successful candidate to workevening shifts (2PM TO 10.15PM)
