Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest is hiring a Safety Compliance Coordinator for Leisure to coordinate and monitor legal and safety standards across the division. The role is part-time with a guaranteed 75 hours over each 4‑week period, with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

You will carry out risk assessments, safety audits, maintain training records and support staff with compliance while benefiting from leisure facility access and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Leisure operations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using PC-based learning systems.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Safety and Compliance Coordinator to join our Leisureteam. Reporting to the LeisureServices Manager and working closely with the Health and Safety Technician, you will coordinate and monitor compliance across the division.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out risk assessments, safety audits and monthly health and safety checks across departments
• Coordinate biannual Legal training and annual refresher sessions with full compliance
• Monitor and support Legal training for new starters, including online modules
• Audit training records and staff transfers to ensure policy adherence

Your working hours

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 75 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
