Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest is recruiting an Accommodation Project / Site Manager for new build and refurbishment work. The role oversees budgets, procurement and contractor coordination to deliver safe, high-quality guest accommodation on schedule.

Based at Longford Forest, you will lead multiple projects, ensure adherence to standards, and maintain guest experience through proactive snagging and teamwork within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• HNC in Construction, Engineering or a formal Project Management qualification.
• Experience in project management within construction, maintenance or refurbishment
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
• Skilled in planning, prioritising and managing dynamic workloads
• Strong communication skills and effective teamwork under pressure
• Computer literate and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Accommodation Project / Site Manager - New Build and Refurbishment

Longford Forest | Circa €57,600 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme

Keep guests happy from behind the scenes

You will coordinate all accommodation projects, including new builds and refurbishments. You'll ensure delivery is efficient, safe and aligned with company policies and best practices.

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• 150 contracted hours per 4-week period]
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
