Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland in Dublin is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. You will make outbound calls to existing customers, guide them through renewals, and deliver an excellent customer experience during the SaaS renewal cycle.

Fluency in English and Portuguese (C1) is required, with 1 year of sales experience. The role suits a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and involves documenting activity in our CRM and meeting key KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1 year sales experience required (inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• English & Portuguese C1 level (written and spoken).
• High-energy, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and guiding them through the renewal process.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions to drive renewals and upsales.
• Minimize customer churn by ensuring timely and successful renewals through proactive engagement and issue resolution
• Leverage CRM and analytics tools to manage renewal forecasts and track key metrics like renewal rate and expansion revenue.
• Gather and share customer feedback to help improve product adoption and reduce renewal friction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and competitors to handle objections effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the positive, high-energy sales culture.
• Accurately document customer interactions and pipeline activity in a CRM tool.
