Fruition Group Ireland in Dublin is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead a software engineering team and drive secure, scalable SaaS product delivery. You will own engineering delivery across key initiatives, work with Product, Design and other tech functions, and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 5+ years' experience within software engineering.
Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale SaaS.

Aufgaben

Manage and develop a team of software engineers, creating clear development pathways.
Take ownership of engineering delivery across key initiatives with reliable, scalable solutions.
Partner with Product, Design and other tech functions to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Establish a strong engineering culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Shape engineering standards, practices and longer-term technology priorities.
Coach engineers and emerging leaders to strengthen technical capability and leadership.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners to deliver initiatives.
Promote secure engineering practices and address vulnerabilities.
