- Proven track record managing global teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with agile software development, metric-driven release management, and SaaS delivery.
- Experience with software quality, test automation, and continuous integration/deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple teams of engineers and collaborate with Product Managers, Architects and DevOps.
- Drive delivery of a high quality SaaS application in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Partner with Product Management to maintain clear backlogs and strategic roadmaps.
- Balance priorities to deliver new features while addressing defects and technical debt.
- Recruit, develop, and motivate engineering teams across locations.
- Use data to measure impact and optimize engineering processes and performance.
