Harvey is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to own the collections process and drive cash flow across a rapidly scaling global customer base.

You will partner with Revenue Accounting, Deal Operations, Customer Success and Legal to align the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, refine AR policies, and ensure accurate invoicing using NetSuite.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AR/billing in SaaS, excellent communication, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Formación

• 5+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or order-to-cash in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong AR/billing knowledge with experience building scalable controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Finance, Sales, Legal & Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end accounts receivable and collections processes, including invoice follow-up, disputes, cash application, and customer communication.
• Develop a scalable collections framework aligned with Harvey's growth and monitor DSO and aging.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Operations, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing.
• Create AR policies, procedures, and internal controls to support audit readiness and international standards.
• Manage billing systems and tools (NetSuite) to improve accuracy and efficiency across the order-to-cash cycle.
