Harvey, Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager to own the end-to-end AR and collections process for a rapidly scaling global customer base.

You will collaborate with Finance, Deal Operations, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure accurate invoicing and strong cash flow, establishing scalable controls across the order-to-cash cycle. • 5+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or order-to-cash in a high-growth SaaS/tech setting.
• Strong knowledge of collections, credit management, and cash application.
• Experience building or improving AR/collections processes with scalable controls.
• Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), billing platforms, and Tesorio.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Finance, Sales, Legal, and Ops.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving.

• Own end-to-end accounts receivable and collections processes, including invoicing and cash application.
• Establish and refine a scalable collections framework aligned with growth.
• Monitor DSO, aging, and AR metrics, driving improvements in cash collection timelines.
