Excel Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager for a permanent, full-time role based in Dublin 12. The role focuses on driving cash collection, minimising aged debt, resolving customer issues, and ensuring strong AR processes.

You will lead an AR team of 8, manage the AR ledger and credit control, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Operations to deliver improvements and accurate cash flow reporting.

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or credit control roles.
• Experience managing a team and delivering results.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and debt recovery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership with a track record of development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Lead, mentor and develop an Accounts Receivable team (8).
• Manage the AR ledger and credit control activities across the group.
• Drive cash collection performance and reduce overdue debt.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver improvements in performance.
• Oversee reconciliations, payment allocations and month-end reporting.
• Handle complex customer disputes and high-risk accounts.

• Produce regular reports and insights on AR and cash flow.
