The Rehab Group is seeking an RT Instructor to join our team at 10 Drumfinn Rd, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10. This fixed-term, part-time role supports learners within an agreed QQI training programme and involves delivering modules and providing additional support to learners with varied needs.
You will co-ordinate and assess QQI modules, mentor learners, develop learning resources, and report to the Centre Manager. The position offers progression and a comprehensive benefits package.

RT Instructor

Job Purpose
The Instructor is responsible for the training and development of Learners in accordance with the agreed local training programme specifications, together with the day-to-day running and maintenance of all aspects of the training programmes. The Instructor will assist Learners with additional support needs in exploring their future career and educational direction and in making realistic vocational choices with a view to progressing to further education/employment and will be responsible for all aspects of module delivery, co-ordination and facilitation in respect of the Programme.

Salary starting from point 1 €35,740.34 to point 5 €43,319.87 pro rata. The 14-point salary scale provides annual progression opportunities up to €60,373.79 pro rata.
