You will support day-to-day supply chain activities, contribute to reports and dashboards, and work with cross-functional teams on process improvements while developing digital solutions and data analytics

Qualifications

• Hons Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in supply chain, business, procurement or related discipline is essential.
• Graduated within the past two years or currently in the final year of university.
• Relevant work experience or completion of a co‑op program, ideally with AI and machine learning coursework.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the initiative to contribute in a collaborative environment.
• Strong analytics, data science and statistical skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Supply Chain function across planning, purchasing, inventory and related activities.
• Assist with the preparation, analysis and maintenance of supply chain reports, KPIs and dashboards to support business requirements.
• Support supply chain digitalisation initiatives, including development of digital tools and automated reporting.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, escalate issues as needed.
• Support inventory management and material planning to optimise availability and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Logistics.
• Participate in new product introductions, product transfers and technology transfer activities.
• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of supply chain systems, master data and SOPs.
