Ryanair invites applications for the Rostering Operations Planning Manager to lead the Inflight rostering team and drive data‑led planning improvements across Europe’s largest airline group.

You will optimise crew rosters, manage a busy team, and deliver compliant, resilient planning using Excel, BI dashboards and AI‑enabled processes. Relevant aviation or operations experience is preferred; strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with BI tools, dashboards and data visualization.
• Background in rostering, workforce planning or operations planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of compliance and aviation regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead short‑term cabin crew rostering in pre‑operational planning.
• Manage and develop the Rostering Operations Planning team.
• Use data, reporting and BI tools to improve coverage, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and apply AI‑enabled tools.
• Ensure rosters comply with flight time limitations and fatigue management.
