Job summary

Beyondsoft is seeking an experienced Field Deployment Engineer to deploy robots at client sites, coordinating with client system engineers and local logistics teams. The role involves robot prep, data handling, and post-deployment activities in a full-time, long-term capacity.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful field operations, perform thorough testing, and provide on-site verification and support while traveling up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT.
• Experience of programming is a plus, like Python, C++.
• Experience with tools, like shell, GIT, ALM, Jira.
• Experience of Linux command line is a plus (at least basic level).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software/hardware configuration problems and track source code.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs; time management is essential.
• 10%–25% travel is required.
• Occasional infrequent in-person activity may be required.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Field Deployment Engineer to join our team to support one of top client. The engineer will directly work with client system engineers, local client logistics teams, and with other Field Deployment engineers remotely. Be responsible for deploying different types of robots to field, including preparation, data entry, data analysis, and post activities. This is a full-time, long term benefited position with competitive compensation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience of tools, like shell, GIT, ALM, Jira
• Experience of Linux command line is a plus(at least basic level)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software / hardware configuration problems, and track source code.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage continuously changing business needs; excellent time management skills required.
• 10%~25% travel is required.
• Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in robot relevant tasks is huge plus.
• Can read source code and troubleshooting is a good to have.
