Job summary

Broadgate in Dublin seeks an experienced regulatory and risk professional to advance client engagements across financial services. You will advise on regulatory requirements, design risk frameworks, and mentor junior team members.

You will work with senior stakeholders, manage projects, and help identify opportunities with new and existing clients while developing your advisory expertise in a dynamic regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Regulatory, compliance, or risk experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of Irish financial services regulation (Consumer Protection, Conduct Risk, Operational Risk).
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory and risk expertise to financial services clients across areas including Consumer Protection, Conduct Risk, and Operational/Enterprise risk frameworks.
• Advise clients on regulatory obligations and support interpretation and implementation of new requirements.
• Design and enhance compliance and risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Plan and manage client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery against deadlines.
• Develop and deliver tailored regulatory training programmes.
• Contribute to business development and help identify opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Your Role:

About You:

• Strong regulatory, compliance, or risk experience within a regulated financial institution or a professional services/advisory environment.
• Strong understanding of Irish financial services regulation, areas of Consumer Protection, Conduct Risk, Operational Risk, and Fitness & Probity
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
