Job summary

Broadgate, based in Dublin, seeks a seasoned regulatory advisory professional to deliver risk and compliance expertise to financial services clients across Banking, Insurance, Payments and Fintech. You will support regulatory change projects, strengthen frameworks, and help organisations respond to evolving regulatory requirements.

You will plan and manage client engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and mentoring junior team members within a diverse advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk or regulatory advisory roles.
• Experience in regulated financial institutions or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and European regulations.
• Experience delivering regulatory transformation/remediation projects.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.

Join a leading Risk and Regulatory practice and work with a diverse range of financial services clients navigating complex and evolving regulatory requirements. This is an opportunity to advise organisations across Banking, Insurance, Payments and Fintech, helping them respond to regulatory change, strengthen their frameworks, and manage regulatory risk effectively.

You’ll work across a broad range of engagements, from regulatory transformation and implementation through to remediation, licensing and regulatory inspections, while developing your advisory experience and working closely with senior stakeholders.

Your Role:

• Provide regulatory risk and compliance expertise to financial services clients.
• Advise clients on regulatory requirements and support with regulatory change projects.
• Support the design and enhancement of regulatory risk and compliance frameworks.
• Plan and manage client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery against agreed deadlines.
• Mentor junior team members.

About You:

• Experience in risk, regulatory compliance, or regulatory advisory role. Strong understanding of topics like Conduct Risk, Consumer Protection, Operational Risk etc
• Experience gained within a regulated financial institution, consultancy, legal, or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and European regulatory requirements.
• Experience delivering regulatory transformation, remediation, or implementation projects.
• Commercially aware with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
