  • Deliver presentations, workshops, and guidance sessions to member organisations and key stakeholders.
  • Provide practical advice to support effective governance frameworks and risk management practices.

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality advisory services.
  • Support the development of governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives across the wider member network.
  • Keep up to date with regulatory developments and emerging risks, sharing insights and best practice with members.
Your Skills
  • Minimum five years' professional experience within Risk, Governance, Compliance, Internal Audit, Audit, or a related Financial Services environment.
  • Insurance experience is not essential; however, an interest in developing within the insurance industry is important.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a personable and consultative approach.
  • Full Irish driving licence with the flexibility to travel regularly to member sites throughout Ireland.
  • Self-motivated, commercially aware, and comfortable working independently within a collaborative team environment.
