Job summary

360 Search partners with a leading Irish financial services organization to recruit an experienced Risk Advisor for its Risk Advisory function in Ireland. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to support strategic objectives and resilience across the enterprise.

You will engage with internal teams and external stakeholders, embed proactive risk culture, develop risk frameworks, and deliver practical guidance across governance, controls and assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or professional experience in Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Insurance, Audit, or related discipline.
• Experience in risk advisory, enterprise risk, governance, compliance, or assurance.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks, controls, and governance principles.
• Experience developing risk documentation, policies, or improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full clean driving license and flexibility to travel.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A relevant qualification or professional experience in Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Insurance, Audit, Law, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in a risk advisory, enterprise risk, governance, compliance, or assurance environment.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks, controls, and governance principles.
• Experience developing risk documentation, policies, or improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
