Job summary

Excel Recruitment is hiring an Artic & Rigid Driver for our client in South Dublin. The role involves early starts and Saturday work, delivering chilled and frozen goods across Dublin City and County.

The driver will perform daily vehicle checks, manage dockets, and ensure correct loading before departure. A valid Artic or Rigid licence, CPC, and Tachograph card are required.

Qualifications

• Full clean Artic (EC) or Rigid (C) Licence required.
• At least 1 year of driving experience in Ireland or the UK.
• Valid CPC Card with up-to-date module after September 10th 2025.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily vehicle checks.
• Report issues with dockets, vehicles, and customer orders.
• Ensure the vehicle is loading correctly prior to departure.
• Deliveries of chilled / frozen food with tail–lift / rolling cages.
• Conduct multiple deliveries throughout Dublin City and County.

Salary: EUR18.12 - EUR30.37 per annum + Tax Free Allowance

Rigid & Artic Driver

Excel Recruitment is now hiring a Rigid and Artic Driver for our client a leading retail distribution company based in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will need to be capable of working as part of a team. The driver will need to be flexible as early morning starts & Saturday work is involved in this role.

Responsibilities:

• The driver is responsible for carrying out their daily vehicle checks.
• Reporting an issue with dockets, vehicles, customer orders.
• Ensuring the vehicle is loading correctly prior to departure.
• Deliveries of chilled / frozen food with tail – lift / rolling cages
• Conducting multiple deliveries throughout Dublin City and County.

Requirements:

• Full Clean Artic (EC) or Rigid ( C) Licence
• At Least 1 Years Experience of driving in Ireland or the UK.
• Valid CPC Card with up-to-date module after September 10 th 2025
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
