Qualifications

• Experience in boiler servicing and repair is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed service reports and tie workflow to schedule.

Skills

Boiler servicing, repair and fault-finding experience

Pump servicing, repair and fault-finding experience

Good knowledge of mechanical systems

Experience in mechanical repairs in commercial buildings

2+ years as maintenance plumber in commercial environment

Basic electrical understanding

HVAC experience (advantageous)

Valid Manual Handling Certificate
