Job summary

Tritech Engineering in Dublin seeks a qualified maintenance plumber to join our Maintenance Division, covering Dublin and surrounding areas. The role focuses on installing, inspecting, and repairing commercial plumbing and heating systems to high standards.

The candidate should have 5+ years post mechanical trade qualification, industrial and commercial experience, and a current Safe Pass. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post mechanical trade qualification essential.
• Industrial and Commercial experience are essential.
• Current Safe pass required.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial plumbing and heating systems in accordance with design specifications and regulations.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on plumbing and heating systems.
• Maintain and service commercial plant equipment including pumps, expansion vessels, pressurisation units, and associated pipework.
• Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing and heating systems.
• Repair leaks, blockages, and faults in water supply, drainage, and heating systems.
• Install and maintain hot and cold-water services.
• Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete job reports where required.
• Work independently or as part of a maintenance team to respond to service requests and breakdowns.
• Liaise with supervisors, contractors, and site management to coordinate works.
• Ensure tools, materials, and work areas are maintained in a safe and tidy condition.
