Crystal Air Ltd is seeking a qualified maintenance plumber to service, maintain and repair mechanical systems across the greater Dublin area, including hotels and office buildings.

You will work with a motivated team, enjoy excellent pay, and access on-site training and progression opportunities within Crystal Air's growth plans.

Competenze

• RGI/GID qualified plumber.
• Boiler servicing, repair and fault-finding experience.
• Pump servicing, repair and fault-finding experience.
• Good knowledge of all aspects of mechanical systems.
• Experience of mechanical repairs in large scale commercial buildings.
• 2+ years of experience working as a maintenance plumber within a commercial environment.
• Basic electrical understanding and experience.
• HVAC experience is advantageous but not necessary.
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate and Safe Pass is desirable.

Mansioni

• Carry out the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and reactive/breakdown repair on mechanical systems and equipment. Boilers, pumps, vessels etc
• Provide service and customer support during field visits & installations
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test task
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with office and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers

Salary & Annual leave

• €32.00-€34.00 per hour
• 21 days of annual leave
