Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Role

• Carry out the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and reactive/breakdown repair on mechanical systems and equipment. Boilers, pumps, vessels etc
• Provide service and customer support during field visits & installations
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test task
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with office and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers

Skills & Experience

• Boiler servicing, repair and fault-finding experience
• Pump servicing, repair and fault-finding experience
• Good knowledge of all aspects of mechanical systems
• Experience of mechanical repairs in large scale commercial buildings
• 2+ years of experience working as a maintenance plumber within a commercial environment
• Basic electrical understanding and experience
• HVAC experience is advantageous but not necessary
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate and Safe Pass is desirable

Salary & Annual leave

€32.00-€34.00 per hour
