Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering RFID solutions within retail or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture principles and enterprise frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end RFID solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Develop and maintain solution architectures, technical designs, blueprints and documentation.
• Provide architectural governance and technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business, product and engineering teams to define scalable technology solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, resilience and scalability requirements.
• Evaluate technologies, vendors and options, managing technical risks.
• Support successful implementation and integration of RFID capabilities across retail and supply chain platforms.
