Job summary

Bulgari in Dublin is seeking a Reversal Associate Manager to oversee the reversal operation at the Global distribution centre in Horizon Logistics Park, Dublin. You will manage returns, buybacks, and stock movements across SAP and WMS, driving accuracy and process improvements.

The role covers leading a team, coordinating with Supply planning and QA teams, and ensuring safety and governance across reverse logistics. Strong logistics and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping.
• Inventory management principles including cycle counting.
• Experience with WMS software for tracking inventory and orders.
• Understanding of OSHA guidelines and warehouse safety.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP, WMS, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reverse logistics and product flows across watches and jewellery.
• Drive daily operational excellence and quality checks.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and system movements.
• Resolve complex order errors and data integrity issues.
• Develop SOPs, WIs and reversal documentation.
• Lead daily team workloads and weekly planning with stakeholders.
• Maintain safe working environment and safety documentation.
