Job summary

Gong seeks a Mid Market Revenue Architect to partner with mid-sized customers, architect Gong's AIOS workflows, drive adoption, and realise business results across the revenue lifecycle. You will guide executive stakeholders and operational teams to activate value and measurable revenue impact.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to ensure a winning customer experience and successful expansions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years proven experience in customer facing customer success, account management, implementation or similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience managing accounts with multiple internal and customer-side stakeholders.
• Track record owning relationships with senior stakeholders (VP/C-suite) and ROI conversations.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute modernised revenue operations.
• Workflow Architecture: Map current processes to AI-driven workflows that drive revenue outcomes.
• Adoption and Change Management: Lead adoption initiatives to embed Gong into daily rhythms.
• Value Realisation: Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes and ROI.
• Renewal and Expansion Management: Own renewal strategy and cross-functional growth efforts.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
