Job summary

Cpl in Dublin is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to focus on credit risk, collections, customer portfolio management, and Order-to-Cash processes to protect revenue.

You will assess creditworthiness, monitor payment risk and portfolio health, support collections and write-offs, and resolve invoicing issues. You’ll collaborate with Sales and outsourced operations teams while ensuring controls, compliance, and audit readiness, leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash, Credit, Collections, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
• Data analysis and reporting capability.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and compliance focus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
