Job summary

Citco in Cork seeks a Finance Analyst to support Revenue & Billing activities within a global team. You will maintain master data for 40,000+ customer records in our Oracle ERP and assist with billing, cash application, and revenue recognition processes.

The role involves data validation, testing ERP enhancements, and collaborating on audits. Strong accounting/finance background and English fluency are required; knowledge of Oracle Fusion is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting or Finance required.
• A third-level qualification or relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Well organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Master data entry and maintenance of customer records in Oracle ERP.
• Monthly data integrity validation and cleansing.
• Assist billing and cash applications during peak periods.
• Participate in ERP and billing system test cycles and regression testing.
• Support internal finance training manuals and user guides.
• Collaborate with Deloitte on external audit queries.
