Job summary

Radius Business Solutions Ireland Limited is hiring a Financial Operations Specialist to enhance finance operations across billing, revenue management, cash collections and reporting. You will work with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, integrity and continuous improvement, developing dashboards and performance metrics.

You will support month-end and year-end activities, drive process automation, and provide data-driven insights to support planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance operations, financial analysis, billing or revenue management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience producing financial reports, reconciliations and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: reconcile high-volume data to ensure billing accuracy and revenue integrity.
• Produce regular financial and performance reports, including volume and margin analysis.
• Monitor billing activity, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance metrics.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase automation and improve efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert to maximise the value of finance systems and tools.
• Maintain effective financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide data-driven insights to support business planning and decision-making.
