Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland in Navan is seeking a customer-focused retail professional to join our team in a supervisor-like role. You will blend in-store service with sales goals, guiding colleagues and delivering the Feel-Good Experience to every visitor.

You’ll share product stories, train teammates, and help the boutique run smoothly during evenings and weekends. A detail-oriented, organised approach and a natural ability to support colleagues are essential.

Qualifications

• You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.
• Colleagues already come to you when they're stuck. You gladly help them master the Feel-Good Experience and be a role model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing customer service and know every product inside out.
• Win at sales and bring others with you by meeting and supporting shop targets.
• Be the problem-solver customers and colleagues trust, handling complex questions while keeping the boutique running smoothly.
• Represent Rituals by following safety standards, maintaining the brand look, and keeping product knowledge up to date through training.
