Applegreen Cullenmore Wicklow MSA is seeking a Supervisor to join our front-line operations. You will support the Site Manager, drive sales and help maintain high standards of guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a flexible approach to shift patterns. A reliable transport means is preferred as the site is located on a motorway.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative tasks to ensure optimal store performance.
• Support the site manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets.
