Applegreen Cullenmore Wicklow MSA is recruiting a Supervisor to join our front-line operations. You will support the Site Manager, drive sales, and lead a small team in a busy retail environment on a motorway site.

We seek candidates with 1-2 years retail supervisory experience, a can-do attitude, and strong communication skills. Flexible availability across the week is essential to meet store needs.

Supervisor - Applegreen Cullenmore Wicklow MSA

As a Supervisor at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations. You are someone who has worked in a retail setting before in a Supervisory role.

• Candidates should have a reliable means of transport as the site is located on a motorway.
• Candidates should be fully flexible throughout the week.

What will I be doing as a Supervisor at Applegreen?

• Assist the Site Manager with various administrative tasks to ensure optimal store performance.
• Support the site manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets.
• Motivate the team by setting achievable goals and using effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ensure the store operates in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

• Previous retail experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
