Job description

Retail Supervisor | Galway | €40,000 - €45,000 DOE

I’m recruiting for a Retail Supervisor to join a well-established business based in Galway.

This could suit an experienced Retail Supervisor, but I’m also interested in speaking with strong retail professionals who are ready to take the next step into a supervisory position.

Candidates coming from hardware, DIY, builders’ merchants, agricultural/farm stores, trade counters or similar hands-on environments would be particularly relevant.

What’s on offer:

• €40,000 - €45,000 DOE
• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
• Occasional Saturdays, 8:30am-2:00pm
• Permanent, full-time role
• Pension scheme
• Health insurance following probation
• Closed on bank holidays
• Galway-based

The position combines customer service, sales, merchandising and team leadership, so I’m looking for someone who is confident dealing with customers, commercially minded and happy to take a hands-on approach.

If you have strong retail experience and feel ready for that next step, I’d definitely like to hear from you.
