Sweaty Betty is seeking a reliable store assistant to support the management team and deliver excellent customer service in Galway. You will help with cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and keeping a clean, welcoming shop floor for customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in customer-facing role; supervisory exposure a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Available mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and keeping a clean, well-presented shop.
• Be a role model with a positive attitude and strong product knowledge.
• Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
• Hit sales goals and KPIs by supporting local marketing and store initiatives.
• Perform other duties as required by the manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and inventory procedures.
• Own stock management and execute visual merchandising to meet KPIs.
