Sweaty Betty in Ireland is seeking a motivated retail assistant to welcome customers, help select footwear and apparel, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience. You will build rapport, educate shoppers on products, and deliver outstanding service every visit.

With a friendly, professional attitude, you’ll contribute to sales targets, maintain store standards and merchandising, assist with deliveries, and participate in training, with staff discounts and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn and to share your product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
