Job summary

Sweaty Betty Limited (Ireland) is seeking an in-store associate to provide outstanding customer service, assist customers with product selection and styling, and help drive sales targets. You will engage with customers, maintain store standards, manage stock, and contribute to loss prevention and accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
