Eurofins Scientific is seeking a dedicated Service Centre driver/administrator to deliver consistent customer service through planned shopping, safe collection and transport of products, and essential administrative support including sample receipt and registration.

This full‑time role runs Monday to Friday with varied hours, requiring faultless adherence to data entry in the LIMS system and strong communication with customers and store partners. Training and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Clean driving licence with no endorsements preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated and professional team player.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and organise workload.

Responsibilities

• Collect products/samples from customers and supermarkets efficiently.
• Ensure correct identification, storage and transport under proper conditions.
• Plan daily shopping to maximise productivity and timely sample return.
• Record information on LIMS for analysed samples and manage enquiries.
• Attend to customer inquiries via phone and email and maintain reporting.
• Maintain company vehicle to a clean, safe standard and comply with laws.
