Job summary
Mitie Cork City Centre is seeking a Retail Security Officer to help protect employees, customers and assets. You will contribute to a safe working environment within a busy site and support incident reporting and escalation processes.
The role requires previous security experience, a valid PSA license, and fluent English. A dependable, well-presented candidate who can work varied shifts and a regular schedule is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Proactively ensuring the protection of employees, property and assets and accountability for store assigned.
- Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors whilst carrying out critical duties.
- Responding to emergency situations as they arise and following the strict documented escalation processes in a calm concise manner.
- Accurately reporting all incidents.
- Monitoring and operating CCTV cameras and other recording systems for multiple sites and multiple operations.
- Full training will be provided.
