Job summary

Synergy Security Solutions is seeking experienced Retail Security Officers for our Galway team. You will protect life and property, patrol stores, manage incidents, and support loss prevention while delivering excellent customer service.

Role requires QQI Level 4, PSA License - Static, at least 6 months of experience, and good English communication. Shift patterns include weekdays and weekends, with a competitive hourly rate and weekly pay. Applicants must have valid work rights in Ireland.

Qualifications

Basic guarding skills required (QQI Level 4).
Fluent English communication (oral and written).
Basic IT skills for daily security duties.

Responsibilities

Protection of life and property.
Incident management and response.
Stock loss prevention and store patrols.
Access control and customer service.
Preparing reports and documentation.
