Osborne Recruitment in Dublin 15 is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Advisor for a growing high-end furniture business. You will join an established team of three, which is expanding to five as the business grows, and play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a premium showroom.

This role offers the opportunity to develop relationships with discerning customers and to influence the in-store journey from enquiry to purchase.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Sales Advisor to join a growing high-end furniture business based in Dublin 15. The successful candidate will be joining an established team of three, which is expanding to five as a result of continued business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual to join a premium retail environment and play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are particularly interested in candidates who have retail sales experience within the high-end furniture industry. While experience in furniture or interiors would be advantageous, it is not essential. More importantly, you will have a genuine passion for sales, strong customer-facing skills and the confidence to build relationships with customers in a face-to-face environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience from initial enquiry through to purchase.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their individual requirements.
• Drive sales and consistently work towards and exceed sales targets.
• Provide knowledgeable and engaging product advice to customers.
• Confidently present and sell premium/high-value products.
• Follow up with customers and manage the sales process through to completion.
• Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and visual merchandising.
• Work collaboratively as part of a growing sales team.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's product range, brand and values.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the showroom.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has proven retail sales experience, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
• Has experience in the high-end furniture/interiors sector desirable but not essential.
• Has a genuine passion for sales and enjoys working towards targets.
• Is confident, personable and comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can build rapport quickly and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Is commercially minded and motivated by achieving results.
• Has a professional and polished approach when dealing with customers.
• Is self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently.
• Works well as part of a team and is keen to be part of a growing business.
